摘要
中国古代有发达的贤能政治思想及选举制度。西风东渐,中华文化传统里里外外受到西方文化的冲击,而受到冲击最严重的恐怕首数中国政治文化传统。受文化决定论和还原论影响,人们将贤能政治与民主政治片面对立起来。孙中山先生秉持理性公允的文化态度,力持中国政治文明在世界上具有优势,值得珍惜、继承和发扬。长期以来,孙先生的观点没有得到应有的重视,更谈不上冷静、系统的研究,致使我们在政治和文化心态方面极不自信。中国古代贤能政治和民主政治各有千秋,各有利弊。对中国贤能政治及其选举制度和西方民主政治及其选举制度展开解剖、比较和融合,有望促使二者完善,有望产生更有优势的混合政治,有望解决文明冲突。
In ancient China, there was sages politics and developed system for sages selection. With the spread of western cultures, Chinese traditional cultures have been facing a great challenge, especially in political culture. Due to the influence of cultural determinism and reductionism, there was a tendency to set sages politics against democratic politics. Dr. SUN Zhong-shan, who held rational and unbiased cultural attitude, claimed that China＇s political civilization was of advantage in the world and deserved to be cherished, inherited and carried forward. For a long time, Mr. SUN＇s point of view was not paid enough attention, let alone sober and systematic study. We were also not highly confident in our politics and culture. For sage politics and democratic politics, they have their own advantages and disadvantages. To analyze, compare and merge these two kinds of politics may lead to a better combination so as to produce a merged politics to help solve the clash of civilizations.
