摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗肝硬化的疗效。方法 67例肝硬化患者采用中西医结合治疗,分析病情转归的因素。结果 67例患者经应用抗病毒治疗、保肝治疗、中药抗肝纤维化等综合治疗后,临床治愈13例,基本治愈22例,明显好转稳定32例。结论肝硬化经过合理的中西医结合治疗有治愈的可能。对病毒性肝硬化,抑制病毒复制配合中药辨证施治抗肝纤维化疗效确切,对调节免疫治疗有辅助作用。肝硬化54岁以下治愈好转的可能性较大,女性患者疗效优于男性。
Objective to study the liver cirrhosis clinical combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment and curative effect of causality.Methods a retrospective investigation efficacy is obvious of 67 cases of patients with cirrhosis clinical treatment measures,summarizes and analyzes the factors illness outcome.Results after application of antiviral treatment,protect liver therapy,Chinese medicine resistance of liver fibrosis,and other comprehensive treatment,clinical cure 13 cases,basic cure 22 cases improved obviously,stable 32 cases.Conclusion after the reasonable combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis have cured may.For viral liver cirrhosis,inhibit viral replication with Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of liver fibrosis resistance by definite effect,regulate immune treatment has the auxiliary function.Cirrhosis of the liver 54 years old the following heal better probability,the female patients curative effect is better than men.
