摘要
目的:探讨个性化护理对门诊输液患者治疗状态的影响。方法:选取2012年5-12月于门诊进行输液治疗的180例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组90例,对照组以常规护理方法进行干预,观察组则以个性化护理方法进行干预,对比两组患者护理干预前与护理干预后的治疗及护理遵从性。结果:观察组中的儿童及成年患者护理干预后的治疗及护理遵从性均显著地优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理对门诊输液患者治疗状态的影响较大,更有利于治疗护理的顺利进行。
Objective： To investigate the influence of personalized nursing for the treatment status of patients treated with transfusion in Department of Clinic.Method： 180 patients treated with transfusion in Department of Clinic from May 2012 to December 2012 were selected as research object, and 180 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 90 cases in each group, the control group were intervened with routine nursing method, the observation group were intervened with personalized nursing method, then the treatment and nursing compliance of two groups before and after the nursing intervention were compared.Result： The treatment and nursing compliance of observation group＇s children and adults after the nursing intervention were all significantly better than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The influence of personalized nursing for the treatment status of patients treated with transfusion in Department of Clinic is greater, and it is more helpful for the smoothing of treatment and nursing.
