摘要
城市停车难已经成为一个全球性的难题。文章研究了通过发展地下车库来解决城市停车的问题的途径,分析了地下车库的优点及其社会效益,并提出了社会效益的计算方法。
Urban parking difficulty has become a global problem.This paper studies the development of underground garage to solve the problem o furban parking path, analyzes the advantages o fthe underground garage and the social benefits, and puts forward the calculation method of social benefit.
