摘要
天津市电力公司在和平、河西2个行政区22km2的核心地带开展具有国际先进水平的城市配电网示范工程建设。该工程总结了中新天津生态城智能电网综合示范工程的实施经验和研究成果,在实现智能配电设备、通信系统、高级量测系统、信息支撑平台、自愈控制系统的技术集成创新方面进一步完善,构建了配电网全网数据集成平台,并开展互动化应用,突破安全区隔离问题,通过SOA技术将系统耦合,实现了抢修平台、信息查询等具体应用。除此之外,天津市电力公司在营配信息融合基础上建设了配电生产抢修指挥平台,以生产和抢修指挥为应用核心,有效地提高了故障处理速度,提升了配网抢修专业化管理水平。
Tianjin Electric Power Company constructs high quality distribution network in the central area of Heping and Hexi districts. The area is about 22 square kilometers. This project applies the smart grid achievements in Sino- Singapore Tianjin Eco-city, and also improves the application for smart distribution equipment, communication system, advanced metering infrastructure, information platform and self-healing control system, builds a distribution network data integration platform, and conducts interactive applications, breaks through security segregation.By using the SOA technology, this platform realizes the system coupling and information inquiry. Furthermore, this project constructs the emergency command platform for distribution network. This platform takes production and repair commanding as the core application, improves the efficiency of the fault processing speed and enhances the distribution network repair management level.
