CT引导下射频热凝毁损术治疗舌咽神经痛 被引量:3

CT-guided Percutaneous Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation for the Treatment of Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia

摘要 目的观察CT引导下射频热凝毁损术治疗舌咽神经痛的疗效。方法 16例患者行CT引导下射频热凝毁损术,观察术前、术后1周及术后3个月随访时的疼痛情况。结果 12例患者术后疼痛消失,4例患者疼痛减轻,术后3个月,12例疼痛消失者无复发,2例疼痛减轻患者疼痛消失,2例仍部分缓解。结论 CT引导下射频热凝毁损术治疗舌咽神经痛疗效确切,安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the effects of CT - guided percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of glossopharyngeal neuralgia. Methods Sixteen patients with glossopharyngeal neuralgia were treated by percu- taneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation. Pain severity was assessed one week before and after the operation, and three months after the operation. Result After operation, pain disappeared in 12 cases and was relieved in 4 cases. 3 months after the operation, 12 cases recovered without recurrence, pains in 2 cases disappeared or was relieved, and 2 cases partly recovered. Conclusion CT - guided percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of glossopha- ryngeal neuralgia was a safe and effective therapy.
