摘要
目的观察针刺治疗麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法将46例(46只眼)符合诊断的患者,分为治疗组和对照组各23例。治疗组采用针刺疗法,并根据不同的麻痹肌形态分为6型,选取不同的配穴治疗:每天针刺1次,10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程后统计疗效;对照组西医常规药物治疗:甲钴胺片500μg口服、每日3次;维生素B1片10 mg口服、每日3次;能量合剂静脉滴注,每日1次。连续治疗1个月。观察及对比两组临床疗效。结果 1、治疗组(总有效率为91.3%)明显优于对照组(总有效率73.9%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2、治疗组不同麻痹肌形态的6型中外直肌受累眼数最多,占39.1%,疗效以内直肌为最好,次为上斜肌及上直肌。结论针刺治疗眼科麻痹性斜视有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment on paralytic strabismus.Methods 46 diagnosed patients（46 eyes） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 23 eyes in each group.Treatment group were given different acupuncture for 6 types according to the paralytic muscle morphology,once everyday,10 days as a treatment course.Control group was treated with routine Western Medicine.The clinical effects were observed and compared between 2 groups.Results 1） The total effective rate was 91.3% in treatment group which was better than that in control group（73.9%） and the difference had statistic significance（P0.05）;2） in the treatment group among the 6 types of the paralytic muscle morphology,lateral rectus injuried eyes were most common accounting for 39.1% and the curative effect for medial rectus injuried type was the best and the second was for superior oblique and superior rectus.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy is effective for paralytic strabismus.
