摘要 1.4纳米结构涂层 前述的多种薄膜和涂层制造方法已经有很长的应用历史,并给人们在可控制备纳米粒子技术方面提供了很多有价值的信息[25]。比如已发现在足够的压力下,金纳米颗粒可以直接在气相中形核和长大。
