摘要
大学生是青年中的优秀人才,是祖国建设未来的栋梁,而大学时代则是学生学习知识,长身体的重要时期。近些年来因为大学生的不健康生活习惯导致大学生出现肥胖、营养不良、高血压、高血脂、颈椎病、心脑血管、传染病的比率逐年升高的情况越来越明显,如果大学生在大学阶段,能够养成良好的生活习惯,掌握一定的饮食营养知识和正确的锻炼方法,对于促进自身的生长发育,增强身体素质有着重要的意义。
College students are young talents and the futrue of our country. While the period in the college should be the most important time when they got knowledge and grew up. In recent years because of the college students' unhealthy diet and lack of exercise, obesity, malnutrition, high blood pressure, high blood fat, cervical spondylosis, cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases within the scope of the college students is increasing, if college students in university can develop a good life habit, grasp certain dietary nutrition knowledge and the right exercise methods, it will be an important meaning for their physique.
