摘要
利用胶体金测试条法对粮食中赭曲霉毒素A(OTA)进行快速定量检测,结果表明:OTA的检测限为3μg/kg,定量限为7μg/kg,在5~20μg/kg浓度范围内,相关系数r为0.999 9。采用有证实物参考物质进行比较,正确度在84.3%~106.7%之间,变异系数在19.6%~30.3%之间。采用配对t-检验,与高效液相色谱法的测定结果相比较,二者无显著差异。
The colloidal gold strips method was used for rapid quantitative detection of ochratoxinA (OTA) in grain. The results show that OTA's detection limit was 3μg/kg. The quantitation limit was 7 μg/kg. The correlation coefficie-nt (r) was 0. 999 9 in the range of 5 20 μg/kg. Compared with the confirmed objects reference material, accuracy was in the range of 84.3%-106.7%, and the coefficient of variation was ranged from 19.6% to 30.3%. There was no significant difference between the colloidal gold strips and the high-performance liquid chromat-ography using the paired t-test.
