摘要
采用超声法制备聚硅酸硫酸铝(PASS),对其混凝效能进行了研究,并与PAC混凝效能进行对比。结果表明,采用超声制得PASS的pH低于传统方法制得PASS的pH,但其混凝效能优于后者,且在高投加量时优于PAC;先0.2 kW超声1.5 h再0.2 kW超声1.5 h制备的PASS,在其投加量(以Al2O3计)为6.0 mg/L时,处理太湖水样沉后浊度为0.377 NTU、滤后CODMn为1.162 mg/L、滤后Al3+质量浓度为40μg/L,此为PASS的优化超声制备条件。混凝机理主要为电中和与吸附架桥作用。
Poly Silicate Aluminum Sulfate(PASS) is a new type of inorganic high polymer coagulant.Compared with the conventional coagulants it has better coagulation performance.In this paper,PASS is prepared by ultrasonic method.Its coagulation performance is investigated and compared with the coagulation performance of PAC.The experimental results show that pH of PASS prepared by ultrasonic method is lower than that of the PASS prepared by conventional method.However,the coagulation performance is better than the latter and PAC.Tai Lake water samples are processed by the PASS,and the ultrasonic condition was first 0.2 kW for 1.5 h and then 0.2 kW for 1.5 h.This ultrasound condition is proved to be the best by following data.Precipitated turbidity of the Tai Lake water sample is 0.377 NTU,filtered CODMnis 1.162 mg/L,and filtered aluminum ion concentration is 40μg/L.The coagulation mechanisms of PASS are the electricity neutralization and absorption bridge.
