摘要
党的十八大作出"建设海洋强国"的战略部署,重视海洋主权维护、海洋经济开发、海陆统筹发展。本文从海洋战略角度出发,阐述如何理性捍卫海洋权益和担当经略海洋使命;从海洋文化内涵出发,分析如何强化海洋文化和发挥海洋文化对经略海洋的支持作用;从海洋开发角度出发,提出国家海陆统筹格局的合理设想。
The strategy of building powerful marine country was proposed on the Communist Party＇s 18th National Congress pays attention to the maintenance of marine sovereignty, the development of marine economy and the growth under the sea-land coordination. From the strategic point of view, this paper expounds how to defend marine rights and bear marine mission rationally, and from the point of view of marine culture connotation, analyzes how to strengthen marine culture and play a supporting role of marine culture for exploiting the ocean, and works out the reasonable assumption of the sea-land coordination from ocean development.
