摘要
[目的]研究《内经》"湿淫"治法的性味配伍理论的后世应用。[方法]以"湿淫"条文为基础,比较有关方剂性味配伍规律的临床应用。[结果]对照《内经》全部治湿条文(共10条)的性味配伍规律得到很好吻合的验证。[结论]历代有效治湿组方的性味配伍规律,与《内经》有关治湿条文基本吻合。
[Objective] To study properties and flavors based on prescription compatibility theory and application for damp pathogen from Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine.[Methods] Based on the prescription compatibility rules for damp pathogen from Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine,we compare them with the compositions of related prescriptions in clinical practice.[Results] All compositions of the chosen related prescriptions comply nicely with the ten rules for damp pathogen from Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine.[Conclusion] Through our study and analysis,all compositions of the chosen related prescriptions for damp pathogen comply with and fall within the realm of the ten rules for damp pathogen from Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Internal Medicine.
