金果榄总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘要 [目的]研究金果榄总黄酮的最优提取条件。[方法]在单因素分析的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,优选金果榄总黄酮的最优提取工艺。[结果]影响金果榄总黄酮提取的主要因素为料液比,其次为提取时间、提取温度和乙醇质量浓度。最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间1.5 h、提取温度60℃、料液比1∶15(W/V,g/ml,下同)、乙醇质量浓度60%;在此条件下金,果榄总黄酮得率为8.926 mg/g。[结论]试验优选了金果榄总黄酮的最优提取条件,为金果榄的进一步开发利用提供依据。 [Objective] To study optimum extraction conditions for total flavonoid from Radix Tinosporae.[Method] On the basis of singlefactor analysis,adopting L9(34) orthogonal design,the optimum extraction technique for extracting total flavonoid from Radix Tinosporae was obtained.[Result]The results showed that main factors affecting the extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Tinosporae are solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature and ethanol concentration.The optimum extraction conditions are as follows: extraction time is 1.5 hours,extraction temperature is 60 ℃,solid-liquid ratio is 1∶ 15,the volume fraction of ethanol is 60%.The total flavonoids of Radix Tinosporae is 8.926 mg / g under this circumstance.[Conclusion] The study obtained the optimum conditions for extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Tinosporae,which will provide a reference for further development and utilization.
