摘要
近年来,待业大学生群体不断扩大,其思想、心理等也因待业的压力出现了诸多问题,而又影响了其就业,因而对待业大学生开展思想政治教育的需求越来越紧迫。然而由于待业大学生思想政治教育主渠道、教育主体及教育内容缺失、教育方法单一,待业大学生思想政治教育工作力度远远不够,并未发挥功能。因此应从提高待业大学生思想政治教育的认识,发挥教育主体作用,构建具有针对性的教育内容和创新教育方法等方面,加强待业大学生思想政治教育,从而推动待业大学生就业。
Unemployed graduates have been expanding in recent years. There are many problems in their thinking and psychology because of the pressure of unemployment, which have been affecting their employment. So to carry out ideological and political education for unemployed graduates be- comes more and more urgent. However, ideological and political education had not performed its functions, because of the lake of main channels, the subject and contents, and a single educational method. We should strengthen the ideological and political education of unemployed graduates from improving the understanding of the ideological and political education, exerting the role of the subject of education, building targeted contents and innovative teaching methods, so that the employment of unemployed graduates will be promoted.
