膝关节脱位的治疗策略及时机 被引量：4

摘要 创伤性膝关节脱位包括了关节稳定结构的各种软组织损伤，当前后交叉韧带和至少1条侧副韧带复合撕裂后，膝关节表现为极不稳定，即出现膝关节脱位。治疗创伤性膝关节脱位应该多考虑其复杂性，自2006年2月至2009年3月，我们采用关节镜和有限开放手术治疗35例膝关节脱位患者，31例得到随访，效果满意，现介绍如下。
