摘要
用网侧逆变器与静止同步补偿装置(STATCOM)协调的控制策略,增强直驱永磁风力发电系统低电压穿越能力。针对经典PI控制STATCOM动静态性能难以协调的问题,提出了一种新型控制的静止同步无功补偿装置,该装置采用直接电压控制结构,引入了遗传模糊自适应PI控制策略。在模糊控制器的设计过程中,采用遗传算法和参数整定算法对模糊因子进行离线和在线寻优,以消除系统稳态误差;采用非线性目标值克服了遗传算法的动态响应慢的特点。仿真结果表明该方案能有效增强了直驱永磁风力发电系统低电压穿越能力。
With grid inverter and STATCOM being applied in enhancing LVRT capability of direct-drive permanent magnet wind power generation system,this paper proposes an improved control method to reconcile the dynamic and static state in PI controller,and also introduces the direct voltage control strategy and the adaptive fuzzy PI control in the system.In the design of fuzzy controller,the fuzzy factor were adjusted roughly off line with genetic algorithm and precisely on line with self-adjusting parameter algorithm,which solved the problems such as overshoot and the poor self-adaptive,the nonlinear target value accelerated the speed of dynamic response.The simulate results verify that the proposed method is effective.
