摘要
为模拟导弹飞行过程中舵机承受的铰链力矩,文中基于某型号导弹舵机测试要求设计了一种机械式负载模拟器,利用扭杆随舵轴运动产生弹性形变使舵轴受到反作用力从而实现加载。对扭杆这一关键结构进行了结构设计及材料选取,解决了加载梯度变化范围大的问题;利用Workbench软件对扭杆进行了模态分析及疲劳寿命预测,验证了扭杆的振动稳定性及使用寿命满足设计要求,结果表明扭杆具有良好的使用性能。
To simulate the hinge moment loaded on the missile rudder during flight,a mechanical load simulator was designed according to the testing requirements of one particular steering engine model.The torsion bar is drove by the electric motor of the steering engine turning back and forth,the design and performance analysis of its key structure-the torsion bar were done.Modal analysis was done by Workbench to make ensure that its first order natural frequency was high enough.Fatigue life of the torsion bar was also analyzed.The result verifies that the torsion bar is designed to meet the frequency of use and life requirements.
