摘要
为比较NASA-CEA程序、能量计算星(ECS)程序和田氏程序计算推进剂能量特性的准确性,用3种程序分别计算和分析了CMDB推进剂、HTPB推进剂、NEPE推进剂及GAP推进剂的能量特性。结果表明,用3种程序所得理论比冲的相对偏差小于0.7%,燃气平均相对分子质量相对偏差达20%。使用不同的CL-20标准生成热时计算CMDB推进剂理论比冲的相对误差小于0.4%,使用不同的ADN标准生成热时计算GAP推进剂理论比冲的相对误差达3.6%。压强比的差异对HTPB推进剂理论比冲影响不大。
To compare the accuracy to calculate the energy characteristics in formulation design of solid propellants with NASA-CEA program, Energy Calculation Star(ECS) program and Tian program, the energetic characteristics of CMDB propellant, HTPB propellant, NEPE propellant and GAP propellant were calculated and analyzed by these programs. The results show that the relative deviations of theory specific impulse and average relative molecular mass of combustion gas obtained by these programs are less than 0.7% and up to 20%, respectively. The relative error of the theory specific impulse is less than 0.4 % for different heat of formation of CL 20 on CMDB propellant. The relative error of the theoretical specific impulse is up to 3.6% for different heat of formation of ADN on GAP propellant. There was no detectable change on the theory specific impulse of HTPB propellant when pressure ratio was changed.
