摘要
我国食用菌资源丰富,营养价值高,为加快食用菌产业发展、开拓食用菌加工途径,主要阐述了目前食用菌饮料加工的研究现状、主要工艺,并展望了其发展前景。
Resource of edible fungi in China was rich, and it also had high nutritional values. To accelerate the development of edible fungi industry and develope the processing ways, the research status of edible fugus drinks, major processing technologies and development prospects were mainly studied.
