一锅法氮杂环卡宾和二氯化镍催化安息香缩合与烯丙基亲核取代串联反应

One Pot Continuous Reaction of Benzoin Condensation and Allylic Nucleophilic Substitution Using N-Heterocyclic Carbenes and Nickel(Ⅱ) Chloride as Catalysts

摘要 在二氯化镍和噻唑盐类氮杂环卡宾有机催化剂共存下,以苯甲醛和醋酸肉桂酯为起始原料,通过一锅内的安息香缩合反应和α-羟基酮型烯丙基亲核取代串联反应,在K2CO3作碱、THF为溶剂的温和条件下,合成了烯丙基化的α-羟基酮化合物,收率达78%。 With the presence of nickel( Ⅱ ) chloride as metal complex catalyst and N-heterocyclic carbene as organic catalyst effective one pot synthesis of allylated a-hydroxy carbonyl compound in 78% yield was developed using benzaldehyde and cinnamyl acetate as precursors in potassium carbonate THF solution. The involved reactions during the continuous reaction are benzoin condensation and allylic nucleophilic substitution.
