摘要
运用电导法对5种景天植物的耐热性进行了研究。结果表明:5种景天植物叶片高温处理温度与细胞伤害率之间呈现"S"型曲线,通过显著性检验符合Logistic方程。根据公式得出5种景天植物的高温半致死温度分别为:黄花德景天59.85℃、八宝景天56.82℃、卧茎景天52.61℃、红花德景天51.86℃、红叶景天51.53℃。依据高温半致死温度,其耐热性强弱顺序为:黄花德景天>八宝景天>卧茎景天>红花德景天>红叶景天。
Heat tolerance of five sedum, plants were measured by electrical conductivity method. The results showed : The relationship between the temperature for leaf treatment of the five sedum, plants and the relative electricity conductivity varied in the Scurve model , which was accorded with logistic equation proven by sign ifieanee test calculated with the formulas, the half lethal temperatures of the five sedum, plants were S. hybridum 59.85℃ ,S. spectabile 56.82℃ ,S. sarmentosum Bunge 52.61℃ ,S. hybridum lmmergrunchell 51.86℃ and S. spurium.
