基于多传感器融合的吸尘机器人硬件设计 被引量:1

摘要 设计一款具有自主吸尘功能的机器人,实现了室内半自动或者全自动的清洁工作,从一定程度上代替人们完成繁杂的劳动。在硬件选型上,采用ARM CortexTM-M3为核心处理器,设计了专门的电机驱动板,通过光电编码反馈电路实现行走模块的闭环控制。采用多种传感器融合,合理布置超声波和红外传感器的安装方位,使二者协调工作,提高了对远近距离障碍物的准确识别,实现自主避障吸尘。 Design a robot with a vacuum function independently. The robot can instead of people to clean indoor with semi -automatic or fully automatic from a certain extent. The core processor is ARM CortexTM - M3, the special motor driver board was designed to realize walk module closed loop control through the photoelectric coding feedback circuit. It can detect and avoid the obstacles accurately through the variety of sensor fusion and reasonable layout ultrasonic and infrared sensors.
