摘要
在文献综述和评价的基础上,从知识定制化这一全新视角定义知识品质,从而拓展了当前知识管理研究中对于知识这一客体的普适性研究范围。首先,对知识定制化这一概念进行了内涵界定、维度分析并发展了知识定制化量表;其次,针对知识难以完全定制化这一先天不足,分析了组织中个体的学习能力、创造能力对定制化知识与获得绩效和创造绩效关系所发挥的调节作用,发现了个体能力对这一不足的调节和弥补作用;最后运用调研问卷对理论模型进行实证检验,并总结了主要研究结论,指出了未来研究方向。
Based on the literature review and evaluation, knowledge quality is defined through an entirely new view of knowledge customization in this paper, which extended the range of present knowledge management research about knowledge. Firstly, knowledge customization is defined and classified, and knowledge customization scale is developed. Secondly, for knowledge is difficult to be completely customized, individual learning ability and creating ability in the organization moderate the effects of knowledge transfer performance on customized knowledge. Thirdly, investigation questionnaire tests the theoretic model, and based on the result of the model, the conclusion is made and the future direction of research is proposed.
