摘要
论文对我国学术期刊的现状和面临的问题进行分析,阐述学术期刊的学术性和公益性特征,并从学术期刊自身发展和国家政策扶持两个方面,探讨学术期刊的发展策略,包括更新办刊观念、重视论文质量、实行匿名审稿制度、数字化出版、自我赢利等。
This paper analyzes the status of the academic journals in China and their problems, and describes the characteristics of the academic journals. From two areas of their own development and the support of national policies, it explores the development strategy of the academic journals, including updating the concept of running journals, paying attention to the quality of the paper, carrying the anony-mous paper reviewing system, digital publishing, self - made a profit, and so on.
