摘要
为了克服二氧化硅类消光粉普遍存在的难分散和贮存稳定性不佳的问题,采用一种水性亚光乳液作为消光材料,以自制的水性聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜树脂,分别制备了水性亚光清漆和白漆。并选取二氧化硅消光粉制备消光浆,将其加入相同体系中制备水性亚光涂料作为对比。分别从消光材料添加工艺、消光效果、贮存稳定性和涂层透明性对两种体系的消光涂料进行了对比研究。结果表明,与二氧化硅消光粉相比,采用水性亚光乳液制备的水性木器涂料制备工艺更简单,涂料的沉降性更优异,具有更优的贮存稳定性,其消光效果可以达到二氧化硅消光粉的效果。此外,采用水性亚光乳液制备的水性清漆涂层具有较优的透明度,在水性木器涂料领域具有较为广阔的应用前景。
Silica matting powder has hard dispensability and bad storage stability. To overcome these two problems, water-borne matt varnish and white paint were prepared based on water-borne matt emulsion as flatting material and self-made water-borne polyurethane dispersion/polyacrylic emulsion as film-forming substances. In order to compare matting effect for conventional flatting coatings, contrast samples were also prepared by silica flatting powder. It studies the addition process of matting agent, flatting effect, storage stability and transparency of films between two kinds of matt coatings. The results show that, compared with the silica flatting powder, water-borne wood coatings based on water-borne matt emulsion has simple process, good settleability and storage stability. The flatting effect has reached the level of the silica flatting powder. Moreover, water-borne matt varnish based on water-borne matt emulsion has better transparency and wide application prospect in the water-borne wood coatings field.
