摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,紫外检测器,C18不锈钢柱上分离测定制剂中有效成分氰霜唑的含量。结果表明氰霜唑标准偏差为0.094;变异系数为0.52%;平均回收率为99.96%;线性相关系数为1.000。
The quantitative analysis of cyazofamid by reverse phase HPLC using acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, C18 column and UV wavelength detector were described in this paper. The result shows that the standard deviations was 0.094, the coefficient of variation was 0.52%, the average recoveries rate was 99.96%, the linear correlations was 1.000.
