摘要
目的评价静态和动态空气床垫用于手术患者预防压疮的便利性和舒适度，为临床优选减压床垫提供依据。方法选取12所医院的1074例术后患者为研究对象，其中562例使用静态空气床垫，512例使用动态空气床垫，其他护理措施相同，观察术后0～5d医院获得性压疮发生率和分期、护士操作便利性和患者舒适度。结果两组患者压疮发生率、护士评价两种减压床垫操作便利性和患者总体舒适度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；普通外科手术患者评价静态空气床垫的舒适度优于动态空气床垫（P〈0．01）。结论静态和动态空气床垫用于手术后患者预防压疮的便利性和舒适度接近，均可选择使用。但在缺乏电源时优选静态空气床垫，普通外科手术患者可优选静态空气床垫。
Objective To evaluate the convenience and comfbrtable degree of static air mattress and dynamic air mattress in preventing pressure ulcer in surgical patients, so as to provide references for choosing mattress reasonably in clinical practice. Methods A total of 1 074 surgical patients were recruited from 12 hospitals and divided into the static air mattress group （n =562） and the dynamic air mattress group （n =512） ,other interventions were the same. Hospital - acquired pressure ulcer （HAPU） incidences and stages zero to five days after surgery ,convenience degree of nursing operation and patient comfortable degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of HAPU, convenience degree of nursing operation and overall patient comfortable degree be-tween two groups showed no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Comfortable degree of static air mattress evaluated by abdominal surgery inpatients was better than that of the dynamic air mattress group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The convenience and comfortable degree of preventing pressure ulcer in surgical inpatients with static air mattress and dynamic air mattress is similar. But the static air mattress is benefit when there is no power and for abdominal surgery patients.
