摘要
形声字的表义功能主要是通过其义符体现出来的,义符这一特点的形成不是一蹴而就的。形声字义符在甲骨文时期象物性强,数量多;金文时期形声字义符的图画性逐渐减弱,具有一定概括力,但异体仍较多;小篆时期形声字义符异体大量减少,示义能力更强,具有高度概括性。形声字义符的这一特点是受到文字学主客观因素影响的结果。
The semantic function of pictophonetic characters is mainly reflected through its meaning symbol whose formation is not accomplished at one stroke.Pictophonetic characters’meaning symbols bore a strong pictographic nature in the Oracle Bone inscriptions period and were numerous.The graphic nature of pictophonetic characters’meaning symbols gradually weakened in Bronze inscriptions period,which had some general power.But there were still more allograft.In the Xiaozhuan period,allogeneic pictophonetic meaning symbols reduced,their meaning function became stronger and highly generalized.The characteristics of pictophonetic meaning symbols were the result from subjective and objective factors of philology.
