摘要
目的:探讨辛伐他汀的不良反应特点及其临床表现,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法:通过检索"中国期刊全文数据库"、"万方数据库"等,收集1990-2012年国内医药学期刊发表的辛伐他汀的不良反应文献报道,分别从患者性别与年龄的分布、用药情况、ADR发生时间、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现、药物相互作用等方面进行分析整理。结果:共检索到57篇相关文献,涉及68例病例,61～70岁患者服用辛伐他汀的不良反应发生率最高。辛伐他汀引起的肌肉损害最为多见,其次为肝损害,其他不良反应散在发生。结论:在临床应用过程中,应关注辛伐他汀引起的不良反应,可以通过对患者用药过程进行监护等措施确保患者用药安全。
Objective： To investigate the clinical manifestations and characteristics of ADRs induced by simvastatin, so as to provide references for the clinical rational use of simvastatin. Method： Literatures from＂Chinese Academic Journal＂ and ＂Wanfang Database＂ between 1990 and 2012 were retrieved and analyzed in respect of patient＇ s gender and age, medication, occurrence time of ADR, organs or systems involved in ADRs and clinical manifestations. Results： 57 literatures involving 68 cases were retrieved. Highest ADR rates occurred among 61 -70 years old patients. Sarcous damage induced by simvastatin was the most common ADR, followed by liver damage. Conclusion： Attention should be paid to the ADRs induced by simvastatin, and close monitoring was necessary for the clinical rational use of simvastatin.
