摘要
针对西安地铁一号线Mp车车体在各种工况下的刚度和静强度进行计算分析,并根据计算结果对该车车体结构进行了几处结构改进及相应的分析计算,确定了最终的Mp车车体结构.并应用有限元法对改进后的Mp车车体结构进行刚度和静强度的仿真计算分析,结果表明:该车体刚度和静强度均满足设计要求,各个工况下车体的最大应力值均未超过该点处材料的许用应力,并通过结果分析确定车体高应力区.
The stiffness and static strength of Mp car body of Xi′an subway are calculated and analysed,and the finite element method is applied to simulate the stiffness and static strength of the new improved car body.Analysis results state that the stiffness and static strength of the Mp car body meets the design standard.However,the stress of some parts exceeds the allowable value of the materials which may lead to fatigue failure and reduce the service life of the new Mp car body.
