摘要
[目的]观察针刺治疗痛经症疗效。[方法]将40例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组20例少腹逐瘀汤加减(当归15g,川芎15g,肉桂10g,干姜10g,延胡索15g,没药15g,赤芍15g,五灵脂15g,苍术10g,茯苓12g),2次/d,口服。治疗组20例针刺治疗,主穴:中极、三阴交,配穴:肾脊、阴陵泉,1次/d。月经来潮前2～3d开始治疗,经后再治疗3～6次,为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]针刺治疗痛经症疗效显著,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To observe acupuncture therapy dysmenorrhea curative effect.[Methods]To 40 cases of outpatients in order numbers randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 20 patients with the Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction adding and subtracting treatment（Angelica sinensis 15g,Ligusticum wallichii 15g,Cinnamon 10g,Rhizoma zingiberis 10g,Corydalis tuber 15g,Myrrh15g,Root of common peony 15g,Trogopterus dung 15g,Rhizoma atractylodis 10g,Poria cocos 12g）,oral medicine with twice a day.The treatment group of 20 patients with acupuncture therapy,Alveolus： Chung chi,Crossroad of three yins,Matching acupoint： Shenji,Yinlingquan,oral medicine with once a day.Starting to treat at the time 2 ～ 3 days before menses,still treating 3 ～ 6 times after menses,it is a course of treatment.Observing clinical symptoms,untoward effect.Determine the curative effect after continuous three courses of treatment.[Results]The treatment group,18 cases were cured,2 cases were effective,0 cases were invalid,the total effective rate is 100%.The control group,12 cases were cured,6 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid.The total effective rate is 90%.The curative effective of treatment group is better than that of control group.[Conclusion]The acupuncture therapy dysmenorrhea is big effective in treatment to be worth clinical extend.
