摘要
目的探讨精子DNA碎片率与孕早期自发性流产的关系。方法前瞻性、病例对照方法,比较妻有孕早期自发性流产史的男性与妻无流产史不育男性精子DNA碎片率之间的差异。结果研究组37例,对照组43例,两组间精子DNA碎片率差异无显著性;男性年龄与精子DNA碎片率间存在正相关,与自发性流产无相关。结论精子DNA碎片率与孕早期自发性流产间无明确相关性。
Objective：To explore the relationship btween sperm DNA fragmentation and early spontaneous abortion.Methods：Prospective case-control study was ued.Sperm DNA fragmentation rates were compared between the males whose wives undergoing early spontaneous abortion and the infertile males whose wives not undergoing abortion.Results：The research group was 37 cases.The control group was 43 cases.No significant difference was found between the above tow groups on sperm DNA fragmentation rate.Positive correlation was found between male age and sperm DNA fragmentation rate.No correlation was found between male age and spontaneous abortion.Conclusions：No clear correlation was found between sperm DNA fragmentation rate and early spontaneous abortion.
