摘要
针对现阶段合同能源管理项目下融资租赁模式实施中存在的问题,采用静态博弈方法建立决策模型。通过模型分析,比较不同情况下合同能源管理公司与融资租赁公司的收益及双方合作概率的变化,在此基础上提出利于融资租赁顺利实施的措施建议。
For the problems of the implementation of finance lease mode during the contract energy management projects at present,uses static game method to establish a decision-making model.Based on model analysis,comparing the difference of revenue and changing of cooperation probability between contract energy management companies and financial leasing companies,proposes recommendations on measures which are conducive to the smooth implementation of the finance lease.
