摘要
临床住院医师规范化培训是提高临床住院医师素质、培训高素质人才极为重要又不可缺少的阶段。本文就血液科在住院医师培训工作中存在的问题和解决办法做一阶段性小结,希望更好地做好住院医师规范化培训工作。
Clinical resident standardized training is very important and indispensable stage in improving the quality and personality of resident. In order tofinish this project better, a periodical summary of present problem and resolution was made in standardized training the resident in hematology depart- ment for residency training.
