摘要 近年来,核磁影像学在检查疑似急性缺血性脑卒中、脑梗塞等血管病变方面取得了巨大进步。脑血管病变程度的评估不仅仅局限于不依赖显影剂的计算机断层扫描技术,现在更加注重血管和灌注成像技术的使用。多模式计算机断层扫描技术及磁共振成像技术,如磁共振弥散加权成像、弥散张量纤维束成像、灌注加权成像、T2*-磁共振血管造影等,在脑梗塞检测中的广泛应用,为临床诊断脑梗塞及评估脑血管病变程度提供了有力证据。 The imaging workup for patients with suspected acute ischemic stroke has advanced significantly over the past few years. Evaluation is no longer limited to noncontrast computed tomography, but now frequently includes vascular and perfusion imaging, especially for the multi-model computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging technology such as DWI, DTY, SWI, PWI, and MRA which are widely used in detection of cerebral infarction. It provides powerful evidence for the clinical diagnosis of cerebral infarction and the assessment of the severity of cerebrovascular lesions.
