摘要
目的探讨妊娠期急性阑尾炎的诊断及治疗方案。方法回顾性分析我院2004年6月至2012年6月收治的妊娠期急性阑尾炎23例的临床资料。结果手术治疗21例,保守治疗2例;术后病理检查:单纯性阑尾炎4例,化脓性阑尾炎15例,坏疽性阑尾炎2例;切口感染1例。结论妊娠期急性阑尾炎对孕妇及胎儿都会产生不利影响,明确诊断后,应尽早手术治疗。
Objective To explore diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis during pregnancy. Methods The clinic data of 23 preg- nant women with acute appendicitis from June 2004 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 21 cases underwent operation and 2 cases were given conservative treatment. Four cases were acute simple appendicitis, 15 cases acute suppurative appendicitis and 2 cases acute gangrenous appendicitis with pathological examination after surgery. Of them, 1 case suffered from surgical wound infection af- ter surgery. Conclusion For acute appendicitis during pregnancy which is harmful to pregnant women and fetus,it is critical to carry out surgery as soon as possible after diagnosis was made.
