摘要
对现有LED矿灯光学系统的结构和聚光性能进行比较研究,提出了一种新型的矿灯光学系统,以满足实际配光的需求。新系统由自由曲面折射器和自由曲面反射器组合构成,折射器中的锯齿形曲面用于减小体积。研究结果表明,新系统聚光性能高,光照度均匀,光斑大小适中,结构紧凑,且可节约成本,满足井下工作要求。
A new optical system of LED cap lamp is designed for luminous intensity distribution based on the comparative analyses with conventional configuration and character of system. The new system is made up of freeform refractor and reflector, in which the saw toothed surface is used to reduce the size of refractor. The last results show that the new system has better condensing performance, uniformity illumination and moderate spot size. It meets the requirements of mine working condition with the compact form and low cost.
