摘要
目的通过血清TNF-α和IL-6浓度的改变,探讨穴位注射治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者的影响。方法所有入选对象在原治疗不变的情况下,增加穴位注射治疗,观察患者治疗前后血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的变化。结果 CAG患者TNF-α和IL-6血清浓度水平总体高于正常人,经穴位注射治疗后,IL-6和TNF-α血清浓度均不有同程度的降低。结论穴位注射治疗是一种安全、有效的治疗CAG的方法。
Objective To explore the influence of acupoint injection therapy for the patients with chronic atrophic gas- tritis through observing the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α and interleukin-6 （IL-6）concentrations. Methods On the basis of original treatment,acupoint injection therapy was added.Then the changes of serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the patients before and after the treatment were observed. Results The overall serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were higher than those of normal people,and after the application of Chinese aeupoint therapy,the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels decreased to varying degrees. Conclusion Acupoint in- jection therapy is a safe and effective treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
