间充质干细胞治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 间充质干细胞是一种具有高度自我更新能力和多向分化潜能的多能干细胞,广泛存在于人体多种组织中,其具有多向分化、低免疫原性和免疫调节功能,在免疫调节、减轻炎症反应、损伤修复方面表现出广阔的应用前景,并在相关领域取得较大进展。该文从实验研究和临床研究两个方面对其在治疗类风湿关节炎方面的研究进展进行简要概述。
