摘要
西部旅游业的高效运营应该着眼于关键成功因素。从产业运营管理框架和RBV视角,运用德尔菲法分析出产业相关成功因素,对这些因素构建ISM,识别它们的关联性,进而采用手段—目的链法辨识出产业运营的6个关键成功因素,可以由此探究从关键成功因素入手的相应运营管控对策,以有效提高产业运营绩效,实现产业运营战略目标,为提速西部旅游业发展给出决策依据。
Key success factors should be taken into consideration in high-performance operation of Western tourism industry.This paper analyzes related success factors by using Delphi,constructs ISM,distinguishes their correlation,and then discriminates six key success factors by means-end chain.Based on this,operation control countermeasures are discussed accordingly to effectively enhance operation performance,achieve operation strategic objectives and provide decision basis for accelerating development of Western tourism industry.
