摘要
目的通过正交实验建立妇舒保凝胶中大黄和虎杖的最佳提取工艺。方法以干膏率、总蒽醌含量、虎杖苷含量为指标,以乙醇体积分数、回流时间、回流次数、液料比、浸泡时间以及它们之间的交互作用作为因素,用L27(313)正交设计表,采用直观分析和方差分析的方法对大黄和虎杖的提取工艺进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为8倍量体积分数50%乙醇浸泡30min,提取3次,每次120min。结论该工艺可行,重复性较好,为妇舒保凝胶中有效成分的提取提供了依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Rhei radix et rhizoma and Polygonurn cuspidatum in Fushubao Gels. Methods The contents of matrine and the yield of extracts were used as the assessment index to choose different extractions of Rhei radix et rhizoma and Polygonum cuspidatum in Fushubao Gels,and the extraction process was optimized by an orthogonal experiment. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 8 times of 50 ~ alcohol,extracting 3 times, 120 minutes for each time. ConelusionThe optimized process is stable and suitable. The study provides a basis for the extraction conditions of the active ingredients in Fushubao Gels.
