摘要
目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿唇腭裂的价值。方法 2009年10月至2012年10月于我院行产前胎儿超声检查的中晚期孕妇25385例,对其25421例胎儿行颜面部及全身超声检查。结果 25421个胎儿中,超声产前诊断胎儿单纯唇裂14例,唇裂合并腭裂29例,经引产及分娩证实单纯唇裂10例,均为超声检出,检出率为100%;唇裂合并腭裂33例,其中4唇裂合并腭裂仅检出唇裂,腭裂漏诊,检出率为87.88%。1例单纯腭裂未检出。15例胎儿合并其它结构异常,3例合并染色体异常。结论产前超声对筛查及诊断胎儿唇腭裂有重要的价值。
Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate. Methods 25,385 cases of second and third trimester pregnant women in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2012, their 25,421 fetuses received prenatal ultrasound detection. Results 14 cases of cleft lip, 29 cases of cleft lip and palate were detected from the 25,421 fetuses. 10 cases of cleft lip were confirmed by labor and birth, the detection rate was 100% ;33 cases of cleft lip and palate were confirmed, the detection rate was 87.88%. lcase of cleft palate was missed. 15 fetuses were combined with other structural abnormalities, 3 fetuses with chromosomal abnormalities. Conclusions There is a great value of prenatal ultrasound screening for diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate.
