摘要
建立了异烟酸-巴比妥酸测定白酒中氰化物的方法,并对该法进行验证,对测定结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明在0-2.0μg/mL范围内,吸光度对氰离子含量线性关系良好(R2=0.9993),回收率在92%-95%,RSD为3.56%,酒样中氰化物含量为(0.21±0.008)μg/mL(k=2)。本方法较国标方法操作简便、快捷,且克服了国标法中显色液浑浊、回收率低等问题,可作为白酒中氰化物检测的较好方法。
To establish the isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid method for the determination of cyanide in Chinese spirits,and also validates the method,and assess the uncertainty of determination results.Results showed that the liner range of cyanide was 0~2.0μg/mL(R2=0.9993),the recovery rate was 92%~95%,RSD was 3.56%,and cyanide in the sample was(0.21±0.008)μg/ml(k=2).Compared with the national standard method,this method is simple,rapid,and overcomes the problem of color liquid turbidity and low recovery rate.It could be a better detection method of cyanide in Chinese spirits.
