摘要
城镇化的发展对经济和社会均具有积极的促进作用,金融是资金融通的重要渠道,在城镇化进程中起着举足轻重的作用。随着中国城镇化进程的加快,研究城镇化与金融发展内在关系,对稳步推进城镇化进程具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对中国金融发展与城镇化相关性的有关理论进行总结,在此基础上研究金融发展对城镇化的作用机制,并分析中国新型城镇化对金融发展的新要求,然后进一步通过实证部分分析中国金融发展对城镇化的影响,最后综合理论和实证分析,提出中国金融发展应在哪些方面做出调整以促进城镇化建设。
The development of the urbanization positively promotes the economy and society. Finance is an im- portant financing channel, it plays a pivotal role in the process of urbanization. With the development of rapid ur- banization, studying of the correlation of urbanization and financial development has important theoretiacal and practical significance to steadily promoting urbanization process. The paper summarizes the relevant theory of the re- lationship between financial development and urbanization. On this basis, the paper studies the mechanism of finan- cial development on urbanization and analyzes new requirements of China＇ s new urbanization on financial develop- ment. Then further empirical section analyzes the effect on China＇ s financial development on urbanization. Finally, the paper comprehensizes the theoretical and empirical analysis and puts forward suggestions on China＇ s financial development about how to make adjustments to promote urbanization.
