摘要
研究了改性阳离子树脂制备及后处理方法,并在此基础上探索了树脂磺化及预处理方法对催化合成双酚A催化反应性能的影响。在磺化树脂制备的基础上进一步进行了磺酸基团的巯基化改性,并采用BPA的固定床合成反应评价了改性阳离子树脂的催化效果。结果表明,树脂表面合适的酸量和酸强度有利于提高催化反应的活性和选择性,改性树脂催化剂的催化性能优于商业化树脂催化剂。
The preparation and post-treatment methods of the modified cationic resin was investigated.The influence of the resin sulfonation and pretreatment methods on the catalytic synthesis performance of bisphenol A was also explored.Further modification of sulfonated resin with sulfhydrylation on the basis of sulfonated resin preparation,and the catalyst effect of modified cationic resin were evaluated by fixed bed of BPA synthesis reaction.The results showed that the appropriate amount of acid and acid strength on the resin surface is important to improve the catalyst activity and selectivity of the reaction.The performance of the modified resin is superior to the commercial resin catalyst.
