摘要
电阻丝容易被拉断,且绕制过程中绕丝张力具有非线性、参数时变性等特点。针对这一问题,在传统PID控制的基础上,将PID控制和模糊控制原理结合,提出了模糊自适应PID绕丝控制的方法;应用MATLAB/SIMULINK进行了仿真,并在所设计电阻绕丝试验平台上进行了试验;试验结果表明模糊PID控制比常规PID控制具有更好的静动态性能,能够对绕丝的张力进行有效的恒速恒张力控制。
Resistance wire is easily broken,and the tension is complex with the characteristics of non-stationary and timevarying in the process of winding KNP.In order to solve this problem,it puts forward a fuzzy self-adaptive PID control strategy comparing with the traditional PID control method.A simulation research has been established with MATLAB / SIMULINK,and test is also done based on the substantial platform.Compared with the conventional PID controller,the fuzzy PID control has better characteristics both in dynamic and static performance than conventional PID controller,and it can effectively control the pitch angle.It is indeed a feasible way to adopt fuzzy PID method in the constant speed and tension control system of winding machine.
