摘要
目的为山麦冬与吉祥草的鉴别提供理论和实践依据。方法应用药材形态鉴别、显微鉴别法对山麦冬与吉祥草进行生物学鉴别。结果山麦冬和吉祥草的外观性状、显微结构特征和粉末特征均有区别。结论山麦冬与吉祥草在外观性状、显微结构特征方面的区别可作为两种植物的生药学鉴别依据。
Objective The identification of Liriope spicata （Thunb.） Lour. vat. prolifera Y. T. Ma and Reineckia camea （Andr）.Methods Macroscopic identification method and microscopic identification method were used. Results The plant aooeranee traits , their microstructure, thus and powder identification of Liriope spicata （Thunb） Lout.vat. prolifera Y.T.Ma and Reineckia camea （Andr） Kunth were different. Conclusion The differences between Liriope spicata （Thnnb.） Lout. var. prolifera Y. T. Ma and Reineckia eamea （Andr.） Kunth ,which were carded out from morphology and microscopic identification, can be used for two kinds of plant pharmacognosy identification basis.
