摘要
电脑磁盘驱动臂属于异形支架类机械零件,其加工精度要求高,形状不规则,加工时在机床上难于装夹,为采用数控机床对其腰型槽进行铣削加工,必须设计和制造能够进行快速装夹的工装夹具。本设计在分析其结构特点的基础上,结合六点定位原理,采用一面两孔定位设计适于其加工的工装夹具,该专用铣槽夹具具有高精度、高稳定性且装夹方便的特点。
The driving arm of computer disk is a kind of machinery parts with irregular shape and high accuracy,it’s hard to clamp when it is machined in the fixture.in order to milling the groove of the driving arm by a NC machine,the rapid clamping fixture must be designed and manufactured.a two-hole positioning design is suitable for the processing of the fixture based on the six points location theory.the special milling fixture has the features with high precision and stability loading.
