摘要
加速康复外科(FTS)和腹腔镜技术都是近些年来发展起来的临床新技术。FTS通过术前、术中、术后一系列综合措施的干预,达到使患者术后快速康复、缩短住院时间、减少住院费用的目的。腹腔镜技术已证明其较开放手术具有减少术后疼痛、减少出血、促使患者早期康复、缩短住院时间等优势,在泌尿外科也得到广泛应用。该文就腹腔镜手术结合加速康复外科在泌尿外科应用的现状以及腹腔镜在加速康复外科的作用予以综述。
Fast tract surgery（FTS） and laparoscopy are new techniques developed in recent years.The aims of FTS which delivers standardized multidisciplinary perioperative care is to accelerate recovery,minimize postoperative lengths of stay,decrease complications,and reduce costs,without compromising patient safety.Laparoscopic approaches to urologic problems offer many advantages over traditional open procedures,including less postoperative pain,less blood loss,faster recovery,and a shorter hospital stay,so they have been widely used in the urological surgery.Here is to make a review of the related literatures to investigate the application of laparoscopy combined with FTS in currently urological surgery and discuss the impact of laparoscopy on FTS.
